BEFORE INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE PROGRAM. BY INSTALLING, 
COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE
TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. THIS LICENSE IS
VALID FOR ALL RELATED MATERIALS ABOUT THE PRODUCT,
INCLUDING ALL VERSIONS AND COPIES OF THE 'SOFTWARE PROGRAM'
(ALSO CALLED 'TEAMSPEAK SERVER') AND ALL OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS
(WHETHER PRINTED OR ELECTRONICAL MATERIALS) THAT ARE 
SUPPLIED WITH A COPYRIGHT NOTE OF THE DEVELOPERS 
'DOMINATING BYTES DESIGN'.

EVERYONE IS PERMITTED TO COPY AND DISTRIBUTE VERBATIM
COPIES OF THIS LICENSE DOCUMENT, BUT CHANGING IT IS
NOT ALLOWED. IT IS ALSO EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN TO DO ANY
REVERSE ENGINEERING ON THE 'SOFTWARE PROGRAM'.

This software is provided 'as-is', without any express or 
implied warranty.  In no event will the authors and/or 
'Dominating Bytes Design' be held liable for any damages

the 'Software Program' for third-parties.

The 'Software Program' ('Teamspeak Server') is a full freeware to everyone
using it in a completely non-commercial way. The expression 'commercial use'
defines the two following points:

- Using the 'Software Program' in any link with companies or corporations.
(As well as using the 'Software Program' within the company/corporation or
selling/leasing/renting it to third-parties. There is no difference whether the
'Software Program' is sold/leased/rent as an independent product, as a part
of a product or combined with any other service/s. For example hosting a
'Teamspeak Server' where customers only have to pay for the network traffic is
also commercial use of the 'Software Program'. Basically every use of the
'Software Program' in any connection with a company or corporation is defined as
commercial.)

- Individual persons selling/leasing/renting the 'Software Program' to
third-parties are also commercial users. There are no differences to companies or
corporations except that individual persons are allowed to use the 'Software
Program' for their own non-commercial needs absolutely as a freeware.

Therefore you must treat this 'Software Program' like any other copyrighted
material.
